First time I went to hot yoga I wore pants. My friend laughed. She gave me a pair of shorts.
Those purple shorts turned into dark purple shorts by the end of our session.
The sweat was so intense everything was sweating....and I mean EVERYTHING.
Some poses I couldn't even hold b/c my body was too slippery.
Talk about disgusting.
But here's what I noticed.
I dunno if being in a sauna is better to lose weight, in fact, I wonder if it's harmful to your health (I've read things on both).
I also wonder if it gets easier cause my body hurt. I'm trying again and hope to do it regularly at least for a short period of time.
We'll see how it pans out, but hopefully hot yoga will grow on me.
Or maybe I'll just opt for sitting in front of the tv yoga.
