Better Morning

I slept well last night ... only woke up once and was able to quickly get back to sleep. Although I felt some anxiety when I got up, it wasn't as bad as other mornings. I'm up early with the kids but I think I'll probably go back to bed for awhile when they leave for school.

Well, I'm getting back up on the horse again today. It's so nice to receive the support from other bloggers because it gives me the incentive to keep trying. I have a goal this time. I want to be able to go 2 days without a smoke. That will be another of my baby steps.

We were able to get a little oil for the furnace ... not much, but enough to take the chill off in the morning. The weather is getting colder so thank God my husband was able to get the furnace working. After he gets off from work we'll be going to the university to pick my son up so he can come home for the week-end.

Well, that's my morning report. Time to read some blogs then head off back to bed.

Just remember baby steps. Give yourself grace along the way. It is a process and you are doing a great job!! Hooray for the sleep-it does make a difference. Hope you have some relief today.
